Escape Arts are honoured to have Actress Kate Fleetwood and Director Rupert Goold as Patrons to our youth arts work and David Bradley the Patron to our adult work.

Kate Fleetwood is an acclaimed Actress of stage and screen, raised near Stratford upon Avon. Kate began her career with the Royal Shakespeare Company and has  has been nominated for a Tony Award for her performance Macbeth on Broadway in 2008, and also for an Olivier Award for her role as Julie in London Road at the National Theatre in 2012. Kate has had roles in films such as Les Miserables, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. More recently, Kate has appeared in the BBC’s War & Peace, ITV’s Victoria and starred as Queen Luna in Fate: The Winx Saga on Netflix. (Picture by RSC/Keith Pattison)

David Bradley is local to Stratford-upon-Avon and best known for playing Argus Filch in the Harry Potter film series and Walder Frey in the HBO series Game of Thrones, though he is also an established stage actor with a career that includes an Olivier Award for his role in a production of King Lear.

Rupert Goold CBE is a theatre director. He is the artistic director of the Almeida Theatre and is an Associate Director for the RSC. In 2008, Goold won an Olivier Award for Best Director for Macbeth and has directed popular theatre revivals such as the musical Oliver! and the play King Lear, both in 2009.
