Clopton Escape is a weekly art group that meets every Tuesday from 1pm until 3pm at the Ken Kennett Centre. We work with professional artists to produce a body of work using a range of different mediums based on Escape’s heritage projects and community events. Our work is often displayed at the Old Slaughterhouse as part of Warwickshire Open Studios in June and goes on tour to Chilvers Coton Heritage Centre and the Station Gallery in Nuneaton, as part of the Nuneaton Open Arts Trail every September.
Our past projects include felting with artist Steph Lester, wet & wild watercolours with artist Kate Wiltshire and ceramics with Ros Ingram.
Clopton Escape costs £5 per session, which includes teas, coffees and biscuits! Trial sessions are free for people to have a go before joining formally. If you are interested in attending a session or finding out more about the group, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
