Easy Beany Enchiladas

Abbie begins her weekly video series with Easy Beany Enchiladas! These are delicious and so easy to make! You will need:

Overnight Oats

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, however, lots of people do not have time to make a nutritious breakfast first thing in the morning. Abbie’s Overnight Oats are prepared in the fridge overnight, giving you a lovely healthy breakfast ready made to look forward to in the morning! You will need:

  • Ingredients: Rolled Oats – Milk – Chia Seeds – Live Yoghurt – Blueberries – Vanilla Extract – Cinnamon – Maple Syrup.

Hot Cross Muffins

In celebration of Easter, this week Abbie is showing us how to make these delicious Hot Cross Muffins! You will need:

  • Ingredients: Carrot – 1 Egg – Baking Powder – Flour – Cinnamon – Sugar – Sultanas – Sunflower Oil – Milk.

Tin Can Curry

During the lockdown period, we’ve been trying to start organising kitchen cupboards and have been astounded by cans of food we can’t remember buying! This week, Abbie shows us how to make use of these with her delicious Tin Can Curry recipe! You will need:

  • Ingredients: Tin of Tomatoes – Tin of Chickpeas – Tin of Peaches – Mango Chutney – Onions – Celery – Carrot – Garlic – Ginger – Sunflower Oil – Salt – Coriander – Curry Powder.

Frying Pan Pizzas

Who doesn’t love pizza? This delicious recipe uses minimal prep to get fresh pizza on the table in twenty-five minutes. What’s the secret? A frying pan! You will need:

  • Ingredients – Sauce: Olive Oil – Tin of Tomatoes – Mixed Herbs – Salt –
  • Ingredients – Pizza Base: Plain Flour – Baking Powder – Wholemeal Flour – 1 Egg – Natural Yoghurt – Cheese – Salt – Mixed Herbs.
