Wellbeing for Older People

Quality of Life

Creative workshops for the retired and elderly offer a stimulating programme of activities  in a supportive environment adding to  quality of life for people as they get older. Promoting, friendship, independence and mindful engagement.

Activities are designed to stimulate and challenge both physical and mental activity, working in small groups with a creative programme that taps into individual memories and personal histories, building on personal lifetime experience and achievements of members of the group.

The activities for each group are determined through consultation to incorporate interests.
