Escape Arts has a number of exciting initiatives that help to raise funds to support our objectives. We work with our community partners including Tesco’s and Sainsbury to organise fundraising events and engage with the support of local artists and members to stage fundraising arts events like ‘Arts Trails’ and ‘Art in the Garden’.
Working with local Artists to support Escape
Visual Arts Forum in Stratford and Art Alert in Nuneaton are groups of local artists who support Escapes work in a number of ways. Contributing their skills to the creative programmes run across the project and working with Escape to establish fundraising pop up shops and the Courtyard Gallery. These unique projects are run by the artists who sell their work to raise funds for Escape.
This team of volunteers provide valuable support by organising local fund-raising social and fun events activities from quiz nights, coffee mornings and show case evenings to sponsored events with local giving. They support us when Escape is involved with local festivals and carnivals.
Escape participants raise funds so they can get involved in local carnivals , festivals and events through crowd funding, local collections and regular donations.
Friends of the Slaughterhouse
Friends of the Slaughterhouse are individuals and families who care about Stratford and work with us to preserve, protect and promote the historic past of the town.
The Friends provide valuable support in the form of an annual subscription, and by organising or supporting fund-raising events. All monies received go towards the enhancement of the Arts & Heritage Studio.
